Toilet'n'Taps

After some considerable effort over the last 5 years by members of the congregation, professional aids and excellent tradesmen our scheme to provide toilet facilities suitable for the disabled and kitchen for providing refreshments for church activities finally became a reality.

We are very grateful for substantial grants from English Heritage and Stratford-upon-Avon Council supplementing the local donations and fund raising.

Everyone has been very pleased with the results of what was a very complicated scheme in relation to external water supply and drainage and the discovery of ancient tombs in the floor requiring recording by an Archaeologist. Our thanks for this go to the Contractors, Messrs John Harris of Stratford and our Architect, Andrew Salter of Messrs Acanthus Clews of Banbury.
